The penultimate round of the 2019 World Rallycross Championship was held in Riga, Latvia; at the Biķernieku Circuit. Whilst the circuit itself has deep roots in the Greater Riga area, the Baltic love of rallying has lead to a restoration of the facility into one of the finest rallycross tracks in the world….
